Terms of Sale

Orders are sold by PÁNDZSÁB Kft. (trade name Punjab Tandoori), registered office 1134 Budapest, Kassák Lajos utca 11-13. 2. em. 10., restaurant 1133 Budapest, Pannónia utca 3., company registration number 01-09-727524, tax number 13286497-2-41.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order (by phone, e-mail or by starting to prepare the food). We may refuse an order if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, or the details are incomplete.

Takeaway is collected at 1133 Budapest, Pannónia utca 3. Delivery is available as described at checkout (free up to 1 km; fees apply beyond; minimum delivery order 5 000 Ft).

Prices are in Hungarian forint (Ft) and include VAT. A packaging fee of 80 Ft per item applies (breads excluded). Extra delivery charges beyond 1 km are added as stated at checkout. The amount shown before you place the order is the total you pay in cash.

Payment is cash on delivery or cash on collection only. We do not take card payments on this website.

If we cannot fulfil an order we will contact you and will not charge you.

Online orders for prepared meals that spoil quickly are distance contracts. Under Article 16(d) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Hungarian 45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet) there is no 14-day right of withdrawal for goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

You may still cancel before we start preparing the food by calling (06 1) 789 8599. Table reservations for a specific date are likewise not covered by the 14-day withdrawal right.

Dishes are non-prepacked food. Information on the 14 EU allergens (gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites, lupin, molluscs) is available free of charge before you order: call (06 1) 789 8599 or ask in the restaurant. Please tell us about allergies before we prepare the food.
